Service call is $75 to come out and check them out. That covers 2 or 3 appliances. If you've got more than that, give me a call.

Dye's fixed my washer/dryer combo after another company tried for over a month. I should have called Dye's first. I definitely will if needed again.

My overall experience with Dye’s was great. They did have to cancel my original appointment, but were good about communicating and getting me another appointment. Daniel did a great job of explaining the needed repairs and how the process would go. And what he said held true.
The only minor critique is that for some reason I was under the impression that the $99 service call would be adjusted into my final bill, if there was a repair and I used them for the repair. That was not the case.
Overall, I will use them whenever I need a service call and highly recommend.

Technician was great! I appreciated his honesty that the repair was going to be VERY expensive and a new machine would be cheaper and probably a better option.
