I do not know if any tests have been done and I'm not sure what material are in the wall. I have been living here for over 3 months and can say I haven't heard any of my neighbors. I do have people beside me and behind me but no one above me, as I'm on the third floor. I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he knows of any information about that and will relay it on here.

I moved in a couple of months ago, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is always clean and meticulously maintained.
The entire staff deserves recognition. The leasing process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Nilzai, who was incredibly attentive and ensured all my questions were answered. The property managers, Jessica and Justin, are professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They address any requests promptly and are very accommodating.
Finally, a special thank you to the maintenance team. They are phenomenal — incredibly hardworking and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience so far, and I highly recommend this community.

Thomas did an excellent job! He reached out to me quickly regarding the issue. He handled everything swiftly and professionally. Even sent photos of the completed work and a text to let me know he had started the repairs and when he had finished. Thomas really strives to do his best and it shows! Justin and Jessica also always address any issue so quickly and professionally. Very impressive. Thank you all so much for everything you do to keep our homes running smoothly and looking great!

Definitely recommend The Ascent! During my initial search, Jessica and the outstanding staff worked alongside to answer all my questions associated with living in an apartment for the first time. They also were resourceful throughout my lease. The building I lived in was about 8 years old for the 1 bedroom Banff floor plan. The maintenance team does a solid job with any requests or fixes from the residents or the leasing office. The added amenities of a business center, conference room, Milto dry cleaning service, gym, and adding a detached garage were great to fully utilize. If you talk with Jessica or Justin, you are in good hands, but shoutout to the entire team for their efforts towards promoting an unique community.
