I do not know if any tests have been done and I'm not sure what material are in the wall. I have been living here for over 3 months and can say I haven't heard any of my neighbors. I do have people beside me and behind me but no one above me, as I'm on the third floor. I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he knows of any information about that and will relay it on here.
